XBMC on Xbox with ‘CoffeeCooker’

Made some changes to the XBMC source to make it write to the ‘CoffeeCooker’ I/O port on a SmartXX v3 modchip. Changing state of the ports can be done via all general ways (python, ftp, http or skin)
