The show was called Chaos City in Germany (y'know, cause most germans don't know what a spin doctor is) And you can see the symbol of the german TV Station Pro7 in the right corner. Why it is in the original english sound I do not know. Hope, I could help, pal. PEACE

I agree please someone answer why some of the episodes have chaos city..... is it cause they possibily decided that that was suppose to be the name then changed it after season one? that's all I can think of

I think it's the reason why the show went off the air. At least one of them. I'm not entirely sure. He mentioned something about it when he was interviewed on Inside The Actor's Studio.
