I have been sleep deprived most days for about 5 years. It´s mostly because I often stay up too late. Since about 6 months ago I have two jobs but now not on the same days. I´m going to focus more on getting sleep than working out and sitting at my computer.

If you work out, sleep deprivation will restrict your muscle gains too. Fat loss will be made harder as well.
