so does that mean everytime i fully turn my ipod off, i will have to jailbreak it again? or just run blackra1n on my ipod.

yes you can restore it to normal. untethered means you can reboot your ipod where ever you are, tethered means to totally turn it off and reboot, you must be connected to ur computer and run blackra1n when starting up.

in cydia search it up. i might do a tut on it l8r on.

I have a question. Um if I jailbreak it, and i don't want it jailbroken anymore, can i just restore it in itunes? and what does untethered mean?

ok do a backup sync in itunes to make sure u have all ur stuff, restore ur ipod with 3.1.2, then try again. if there is still nothing, there is a link in the description to a fix for this jailbreak, but do what i said first. sync, restore, jailbreak, sync again to put ur stuff back on.

he may have used a longer method, and i havent heard apple are releasing updates, but im not 100% sure. this is a realy reliable method to jailbreak and it wont screw up ur ipod, if u wanna find out more about jailbreaking check out my jailbreaking info vid, go to my channel and look at the What is Jailbreaking? video.

In another video I saw, the guy said something about when Apple releases updates for the Ipods, you don't just download and install, you do something else (srry i cant remember exactly what he said) So yea... help? I haven't jailbroken my ipod yet, i'm just doing research on what do do so I don't screw over my Ipod :)

yes, just sync ur ipod or iphone in itunes, then restore it, then sync again to get ur apps back. easy.

someone has hacked me and they posted that reply to ur comment. i have dleeted it and this is mine. make sure u backup ur ipod in itunes first, then restore it. jailbreak it, and sync it with all ur apps. this may take a while but it should now work.
