so when its a “tethered” jailbreak, if i turn it off, like just click the top right button once, then you would need the computer to revive it??? or if it runs out of battery?

everytimei reboot my ipod touch it erases all my songs,vid,apps, and everthing so what should i do?

my question is that i have a itouch 3rd generation 8g and pretend i download blackrain onto it and im not using it and i lock it will i have to downlaod again. also is the battery used when i lock it?? answer thx bye!

have itunes 9. your friend must paid to update to version 3.1.2 already. Would be too easy to get it for free if you could just do that. thanks for help tho il just have to wait

if you have itunes 9 when you restore it updates too, i think it is free, but for this jailbreak you need to restore

are you using itunes 8 or 9, when i jailbroke my friends ipod it said it had to restore and upgrade

did restore it. just restores it to the version you had previously, and still has the option to update to 3.1.2

doesnt give u the update free, and i dont think blackrain works on any lower version so guess i cant do it
