they have been playing like this for years cause nobody wanted to play on thnxs giving and he never cried about it when he played is what i mean

I didn't hear what you are refering to, but I did hear that he thought it was a competitive advantage that both Detroit and Dallas played homegames before the Thanksgiving game. He was saying that to be a little more fair that they should have to play away for the game before the Thanksgiving game due to the short week.

Thats retarted. Yep he must be jealous cus he wanted to be the last franchise QB. And I loved Him in 93. What a dic. Go cowboys. Jets are going to get slaughtered tomorrow. And they should have home feild advantage having to work on on christmas i feel bad for the other team but hey this is a tradition theyve earned.

That suprises me--he's a BIG chunk of the history of the Cowboys, and should know better than to ever diss the tradition of the Thanksgiving game. Whether its true or not, I haven't done any investigating into it, but that doesn't sound like Troy to me, but I've been suprised in the past.

I did not hear what Troy said, so I can't really comment on it...but I will. I can only imagine that he meant that Detroit and Dallas should stop being the only teams that ALWAYS play on thanksgiving. I am not sure if the emphasis is on them not playing at home on Thanksgiving or not playing at all on Thanksgiving...

Actually, what he said was that the game _before_ Thanksgiving should not be a home game.

No, he said that it is unfair that Dallas and Detroit get to play home games the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Since their opponents have to travel on the short week, to make it more fair, Dallas and Detroit should have to travel the week before. For future reference, before you call someone else a dumbass, make sure you're not a dumbass first.

i agree with furb nasty, but after thanksgiving the boys get a game at home on a thursday night, now i think thats a little messed up, but im sure thats just the way the schedule fell, so im over it, it would be nice if the pack and brett could finally beat DUH BOYS in the dome with a hole..... GO PACK GO.....AMERICAS TEAM........cowboys are just an expansion team
